The state of Canadian arenas is in serious condition, considering more than 75% of them are over 40 years old and in disrepair. Add to that the radical temperature shifts occuring in winter and outdoor ice rinks are increasingly difficult and expensive to maintain.
An affordable, low maintenance and environmentally friendly solution to this problem is synthetic ice. This surface can now be installed and used 365 days a year, rain or shine, summer or winter. We feel that this product will save hockey, and allow thousands of kids to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through exercise and team sports.
